Training sessions at the workshop
to start
To learn the basics of tapestry, and get the right habits quickly, you can attend a training session.
You choose the dates, there is no established calendar.
The session lasts 30 hours a week, for between one and four people.
After these 30 hours, you will be able to create a simple tapestry at home.
After the initial training, a shorter or longer course is possible for advanced weavinng.
In fact, you will be alone most of the time, so it will be a one to one course.
And then…
If you are passionate about tapestry, another course will allow you to create your pattern and choose the threads and techniques for your work.
Documents are available on site to help you
There is no accommodation or meals but I can assist you in finding some if you need any. For lunch you can have your picnic on site and tea or coffee will be offered.
All materials are provided. For the first tapestry at home, I will provide you with the pattern created from your ideas
You will leave with the right contacts for the purchase of wools and yarns.
