Every day, all year long, I weave. I weave artistic textile wall pieces.

 

These works were born from a mixture  of textile arts, contemporary tapestry, modern abstract or ethnic arts, impressions of someone’s journey and the personal  train of thought.

 

All materials can be used : threads, iron, fabric, soil, plastic, wood, plants, paper and many other things. All these elements are waiting for the right moment to come together

When a tapestry comes to my mind, I have to think about the design, the colour palette the proportion, the light, the different weaving techniques.

 

Then it is time to work, a very long and  essential time from conception to birth.

 

During that time I am  like a translator, I weave what I could have written. The thread is my pen, the piece of work is my book and the reader is you.

 

 

 

The Workshop opens its 11 art weaving private galleries to you.

The artist is affiliated to the French National Institute of Artcrafts.

All the pieces of artwork are unique and are offered for sale.

They are made on high warp looms
